Charli Taylor, MA

Charli is a compassionate trauma-informed coach, certified hypnotherapist, and recovery guide dedicated to supporting people on their healing journey, particularly through addiction recovery. With a deep understanding of the interplay between trauma, body, and mind, she creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can rebuild trust in themselves and their path to recovery.

Currently pursuing her PCC certification in Jungian coaching with the International Coaching Federation, Charli integrates archetypes, shadow work, and depth psychology into her practice. Trained in Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry, she employs a gentle, curiosity-driven approach to help clients explore their experiences. Her background as a former licensed massage therapist and years of somatic work informs her as she guides clients in reconnecting with their bodies as allies in healing, fostering a vital body-mind connection for sustainable recovery.

With over 25 years in global education, Charli has guided thousands of students across 50 countries, collaborating with government ministries and educational leaders. This experience honed her exceptional storytelling and meaning-making skills, which she now applies to help clients reclaim their personal narratives and author new chapters in their recovery journey.

Charli’s cross-cultural expertise and warm, empathetic presence create a nurturing environment for clients to explore their stories without shame, uncover their resilience, and rediscover hope. She believes everyone holds the capacity for healing and transformation, and her passion is helping clients reclaim that truth.
